I called several places on a Saturday in an emergency situation. Stanley Puckett answered my call and came quickly. The washer flooded the entire laundry room and kitchen and it leaked down through into the basement. Stanley was thorough and gave his honest opinion — never felt like any service was pushed on me. Highly recommended in a crisis!
