During an abnormally powerful storm this home had a tree fall on the roof. Along with structural damage to the roof, the tree allowed rain water into the attic crawlspace and subsequently throughout the home. As you can see, all the drywall and most of the carpet had to be removed, but most of the hardwood floors were to be dried and repaired.
